A: Crosswind Church is part of a movement of churches called Converge Rocky Mountain (CRM). Although we are affiliated with CRM, we focus on a Christian faith that welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds. The church emphasizes a community-centered approach to worship and ministry, prioritizing biblical teaching and spiritual growth without denominational constraints. This open stance encourages inclusivity and fosters a welcoming environment for all who seek to explore or deepen their faith. We don't just repeat the words "Jesus loves you" as a platitude. We want people to really sense that the Lord Jesus does not only love them, He also WANTS them.
A: Crosswind Church’s philosophy of ministry centers on faithfully fulfilling the Great Commission in a way that aligns with Jesus’ vision described in Matthew 24:14. We are committed to preaching the gospel both within our local community and to nations around the world, with a special emphasis on reaching the most unreached people groups (UPGs). This dual focus ensures that we actively share the message of Christ at home while also participating in global efforts to bring the gospel to those who have little or no access to it. Our ministry is guided by the conviction that spreading the good news is essential to God’s plan for all nations, and we strive to embody this through intentional outreach, discipleship, and partnership with missionaries worldwide.
